Problem:
With 32 Roof Top Air Conditioning/Heat Pump Units cooling and heating this two-story facility, combined with a lot of lighting load, the ownership group for this location felt they needed to do something to reign-in their ever-increasing electrical bill. There were multiple areas where this facility needed better, more efficient lighting…specifically in the showroom area. Combined with what seemed to be a never-ending ledger full of electrical maintenance costs, the auto group initially chose this location as the starting point to implement the TEC system within their network of dealerships to begin reducing electrical costs.
